Physical Education

We think of physical education as a vital part of a student’s well being. Students are given the option of taking fitness in our weight/fitness room and in partnership with the YMCA or dance in our dance studio two days a week, while one other day a week students participate in Project Adventure and team-building games. As they advance, students will have greater options for exercise including Sailing and participation on shared campus sports teams including soccer, volleyball, basketball, handball and baseball or softball.
